摘要
信息技术是一把双刃剑,它在给档案工作带来巨大便利的同时,也给档案信息的组织管理和开发利用带来新的伦理问题,其中之一就是档案人员的职业伦理问题。本文通过阐述信息时代档案工作的特点,分析档案从业者在工作中出现有悖于信息伦理的现象,提出通过信息伦理建设来培养和提升档案人员职业素养的途径。
Information technology is a double-edged sword. It brings to the archival profession huge conve- nience and efficiency, but in the mean time, it also brings？unprecedented moral problems to the organization, management and access of archival information. Among which the most impressing is the ethic issues of archival professionals. By setting forth the characteristics of archival work in the information age, the author analyses the practices of many archivists that go against the information ethics, and put forward his suggestions on how to improve the professionalism of archivists by the construction of information ethics.
