Practical Exploration of the Mini-CEX Training Mode in the Standardized Training for New Nurses

摘要 目的探索以Mini-CEX为培训模式在新入职护士规范化培训过程中的实践与效果,以期为新入职护士规范化培训方案的修订及全面推广提供借鉴。方法随机抽取中国医科大学附属盛京医院2017年86名新入职护士分为观察组43人、对照组43人,医院护理部根据《新入职护士培训大纲(试行)》,制定《我院新入职护士规范化培训总则》,对两组人员统一安排为期两年的规范化培训,观察组在此基础上进行Mini-CEX培训。为期24个月的规范化培训结束后分别对两组护士进行核心能力评估。结果在24个月末考核中观察组Mini-CEX成绩(53.78±2.63)分高于对照组成绩(46.85±6.71)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组Mini-CEX分数与参加培训时长呈正相关(r=0.925,r^2=0.857,P<0.001)。结论以Mini-CEX培训新入职护士的规范化培训模式能够有效提高新入职护士核心能力,建议进一步进行研究和应用推广。 Objective To explore the practice and effect of Mini-CEX as the training mode in the standardized training process for new nurses,so as to provide reference for the revision and comprehensive promotion of standardized training program for new nurses.Methods Totally 86 newly-recruited nurses from Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University in 2017 were randomly selected and divided into observation group(43)and control group(43).The hospital nursing department formulated the"General Principles for Standardized Training of Newly-recruited Nurses in Our Hospital"according to the"Training Outline for Newly-recruited Nurses(Trial)",and arranged standardized training for two years for the two groups of personnel.The observation group conducted Mini-CEX training on this basis.After 24 months of standardized training,the core competencies of the two groups of nurses were evaluated respectively.Results The Mini-CEX score(53.78±2.63)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(46.85±6.71)in the 24-month end assessment,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The Mini-CEX score in the observation group was positively correlated with the training duration(r=0.925,r^2=0.857,P<0.001).Conclusion The standardized training mode of training new nurses with Mini-CEX can effectively improve the core competence of new nurses,and further research and application are recommended.
