摘要
类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种慢性自身免疫性疾病,其主要伴有炎症反应、滑膜增生、血管新生、血管翳形成、关节软骨和骨损坏等病理特征。近期研究发现,关节滑膜炎性微环境与RA的发生发展密切相关。本综述主要从巨噬细胞的极化、成纤维样滑膜细胞的异常增殖、血管内皮细胞的血管新生、以及炎症细胞因子四个方面对RA相关信号通路进行概述,通过阐明关节滑膜炎性微环境与RA发生发展的具体联系,为RA的防治治疗提供参考。
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is an autoimmune disease with pathological features such as the inflammatory response,synovial hyperplasia,angiogenesis,vasospasm formation,articular cartilage and bone damage.Recent studies have found that the synovial microenvironment of the joint is closely linked to the occurrence and development of RA.This review introduces RA-related signaling pathways from the polarization of macrophages,abnormal proliferation of synovial fibroblasts,angiogenesis of vascular endothelial cells and related inflammatory factors.In order to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of RA,the microenvironment and the development of RA will be clarified.
