摘要
在区域一体化重塑世界经济地理格局和城市群发展成为世界经济发展主要趋势的时代背景下,作为长三角北翼重要节点城市的淮安,应深度融入长三角一体化高质量发展。为此,淮安应积极发挥自己的比较优势,遵循提高经济密度、缩短时空距离、减少区域分割等三大原则,在策略上,要与长三角核心区全面对接,全方位深度融入长三角;在空间上,要沿着四通道,加快融入长三角核心区的速度。
In an era when the regional integration is reshaping the economic and geographic pattern of the world and the development of city cluster has became the main trend of the globe economic development,as an important city in the north part of the Yangtze River Delta Region,Huai an should make itself integrate deeply into the high-quality development of the Region.Huai an has to avail of its comparative advantages fully and positively to achieve this goal.In compliance with the three principles of raising the economic density,shortening the distance of time and space and decreasing the divisions of the region,it should keep up with the core areas of the Region and immerse comprehensively into the Region from the perspective of strategy,and speed up its integration through the four channels from the perspective of space.
