摘要 文章综述了乳酸菌表面结构及其与胃肠道相互作用所带来的积极影响。乳酸菌可以通过定植于人体胃肠道发挥其有利于宿主的生理功能,其中,乳酸菌细胞的表面结构可促进乳酸菌在胃肠道中的存活和定植,并且许多生理功能的发挥也与表面结构有关。 This article reviews the surface structure of LAB and their positive effects derived from their interaction with the gastrointestinal tract.Some lactic acid bacteria(LAB)can colonize the human gastrointestinal tract(GIT)and exert their physiological functions beneficial to the host.Among them,the surface structure of LAB cells can promottheir survival and colonization in the GIT,and many physiological functions are also related to surface structure.
