摘要
目的评价化学发光免疫法在临床甲状腺激素及其抗体检测中的应用以及临床效果。方法选取我院检验科收治的甲状腺功能亢进患者50例(甲亢组),同时选取50例甲状腺功能低下患者(甲低组),另选取50例甲状腺功能正常患者(对照组),时间为2017年7月至2018年7月,分别采用CL1A(化学发光免疫法)、RAI(放射免疫技术)对其实施临床甲状腺激素及其抗体检测,对比检测结果。结果CL1A与RAI检测方法与相比较,前者更具优势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床甲状腺激素及其抗体检测中,应用CL1A(化学发光免疫法)具有较高的特异性、灵敏度,可避免放射性伤害,有利于更好的临床诊治。
Objective To evaluate the application of chemiluminescence immunoassay in the detection of thyroid hormones and their antibodies and its clinical effect.Methods 50 patients with hyperthyroidism(hyperthyroidism group),50 patients with hypothyroidism(hypothyroidism group)and 50 patients with normal thyroid function(control group)were selected from the laboratory department of our hospital.From July 2017 to July 2018,CL1 A(chemiluminescent immunoassay)and RAI(radioimmunoassay)were used for clinical thyroid stimulation.The results were compared with those of antibody detection.Results Compared with RAI,CL1 A has more advantages,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CL1 A(chemiluminescent immunoassay)has high specificity and sensitivity in the detection of thyroid hormones and their antibodies.It can avoid radiation damage and is conducive to better clinical diagnosis and treatment.
