摘要
结合澄江市创建国家森林城市的客观条件,采用SWOT分析法,分析了存在的优势和劣势、面临的机遇、威胁,并依照矩阵形式排列,用系统分析的思想从W-O、S-O、W-T、S-T等4个方面提出了相应的战略对策。
Combined with the objective conditions of establishing a national forest city in Chengjiang City, using SWOT analysis method, this paper analyzes the existing strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and threats, and arranges them in the form of matrix. With the idea of systematic analysis, this paper puts forward the corresponding strategic countermeasures from four aspects: WO, S-O, W-T and S-T.
