摘要
以河北省赤城县为例,梳理并对比分析河北省森林城市建设指标与国家森林城市评价指标(县级城市)发现,国家级指标在数量上低于河北省指标,但增加了城区树冠覆盖率、体验服务指标;其余指标基本相同,但国家级的指标要求略高。赤城县绝大部分指标均达到河北省森林城市要求,与国家要求仍存在一定差距。由此提出赤城县应当制定创建国家森林城市的实施方案,打造首都水源涵养功能区和生态环境支撑区建设“桥头堡”。同时,也为河北省其他县级城市创建“省级”至“国家级”森林城市的连续建设模式提供参考。
By comparing the indexes of Hebei Province forest city with National forest city(county-level cities),it was found that the national indexes were lower in quantity than those in Hebei Province,but the index of urban tree canopy coverage and experience services were added.The remaining indexes were basically the same,but the national indicators required slightly higher standards.Most of the indexes in Chicheng County met the requirements of Hebei Province,but there was still a certain gap with the national requirements.Therefore,it was proposed that Chicheng County should formulate an implementation plan for creating national forest city,it also provided a reference for other county-level cities in Hebei Province to create a continuous construction model from"provincial"to"national"forest city.
