摘要
为保证汽轮机和电力变压器等充油设备正常运行,降低充油设备中夹杂的微量水。采用纳米SiO2粒子、环氧树脂和滤膜制备“超疏水-超亲油”有机-无机杂化油水分离膜,研究初始含水量、分离次数、温度与油水分离效率间的关系;通过搭建两组串联膜过滤器,对工业检修用油和待检修变压器油进行除水实验应用。结果表明:这种超疏水膜具有良好的强度、抗冲刷能力和高温稳定性,通过多次循环分离可以去除油品中的大部分微量水;经过放大制备并用于工业处理待检修变压器油后,能够有效降低其含水量,并基本完全去除其中的颗粒杂质。
In order to ensure the normal operation of oil filling equipment such as steam turbine and power transformer,and reduced the micro amount of water mixed in oil filling equipment,the superhydrophobic-super lipophilic organic-inorganic hybrid membrane was prepared by using nano-SiO2 particles,epoxy resin and filter membrane.The relationship between initial water content,separation times,temperature and oil-water separation efficiency was studied.The physical and chemical properties of the membrane were investigated,and the field application of industrial overhaul oil and transformer oil to be overhauled was carried out by building agroups of membrane filters.The results shown that increasing the initial water content and separation times can improve the oil-water separation efficiency.The temperature had little effect on the separation efficiency,and the filtration speed should be kept in a certain range.The mechanical properties of the film were improved,and it had scour resistance and stability.After filtering the waste transformer oil,the water content decreased rapidly and the particles in the oil can be basically completely removed.
