摘要
针对油田三元复合驱采出液乳化严重等特点,通过现场试验对油水分离器进行结构及操作条件的优化。现场试验结果表明,优化后的分离器对三元复合驱采出液的分离,油相和水相均达到采出液分离标准,且油水分离效率可达到98%以上。
An optimum was through experiments in site for performed of the structure and operating conditions of an oil-water separator serious emulsification of the ASP oil-displacing produced fluid in oil fields. The experiment result in site shows that the separation of the ASP oil-displacing produced fluid using the optimized separator makes both the oil phase and water phase reach the separation standard of produced fluid, and its oil-water separation efficiency is beyond 98%.
