摘要
以海藻酸钠和甘草多糖为原材料,以Ca^2+为交联剂制备海藻酸钠/甘草多糖(Alg/LP)水凝胶,通过溶胀率、降解率、扫描电镜、流变学性能的测定以及药物的释放量来表征制备的水凝胶。结果表明:所制备的水凝胶具有一定的pH依赖性、生物可降解性能、多孔结构以及对药物的控释效果,说明制备的水凝胶具有应用于药物传递系统以及组织工程材料方面的潜力。
Sodium alginate/licorice polysaccharide(Alg/LP)hydrogel was prepared by using sodium alginate and licorice polysaccharide as raw materials and Ca^2+ as crosslinking agent.The swelling rate,degradation rate,SEM,rheological properties and drug release were determined to characterize the hydrogel.The results shown that the hydrogel had a certain pH dependence,biodegradability,porous structure and controlled release effect on the drug,indicating that the prepared hydrogel had potential for application in drug delivery systems and tissue engineering materials.
