摘要 我国在役桥梁数量庞大,桥梁结构形式多样,运营安全风险问题严重,事故频发,缺乏系统的在役桥梁安全风险评估方法。笔者基于我国近20年来桥梁垮塌事故的调查数据,宏观分析了在役桥梁由于先天不足、自然灾害、人为因素以及达到使用年限等因素导致垮塌事故的几率,对不同桥型垮塌事故产生的原因进行总结归纳,并提出针对性的桥梁垮塌风险等级评估方法和预防策略。为桥梁运营管养单位提供借鉴,以减少桥梁重大安全事故的发生。 There are a large number of bridges in service in China,various bridge structures,serious operational safety risk problems,frequent accidents,and lack of systematic safety risk assessment methods.Based on the investigation data of bridge collapse accidents in recent 20 years,the probability of bridge collapse accidents caused by congenital deficiencies,natural disasters,human factors and reaching the service life were analyzed.The causes of different types of bridge collapse accidents,and puts forward the corresponding assessment methods and prevention strategies of bridge collapse risk level were summarized.It can provide reference for bridge operation management and maintenance company,and make their management and maintenance work more targeted,so as to reduce the occurrence of major bridge safety accidents.
