摘要
目的探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合莫沙必利片对功能性便秘(FC)患者肠神经递质和结肠传输功能的影响。方法选取我院门诊治疗的FC患者104例,随机分为观察组(n=52例)和对照组(n=52例)。两组患者均给予饮食调整、养成良好的生活方式和加强排便功能锻炼等基础治疗。对照组患者给予莫沙必利片5mg/次,3次/d,饭前30min口服,连用12周。观察组患者在对照组基础上加用双歧杆菌四联活菌片1.5g/次,3次/d,餐后30min服用,连用12周。观察两组患者治疗前后血清一氧化氮(NO)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)和生长抑素(SS)水平及Wexner便秘症状评分、全结肠通过时间(TCTT)的变化,并比较其临床效果。结果治疗12周后,两组患者血清NO,VIP和SS水平及Wexner便秘症状评分、TCTT时间较治疗前明显下降(均P<0.05),且治疗后观察组患者以上指标水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05);同时观察组患者临床总有效率(94.23%)高于对照组(80.77%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.31,P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌片与莫沙必利片联合治疗FC患者的效果较肯定,能更显著地降低血清肠神经递质NO、VIP和SS水平,提高患者结肠传输功能。
Objective To discuss the influence of Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets(Live)combined with Mosapride Citrate Tablets on enteric neurotransmitter and colonic transit activity of patients with functional constipation(FC).Methods A total of 104patients with FC were randomly divided into observation group(n=52)or control group(n=52).The patients in both groups were given the same basic treatment.The patients in control group were given 5mg Mosapride Citrate Tablets while those in observation group were given 5mg Mosapride Citrate and 1.5g Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets(Live),tidorally half an hour after dinner,for 12weeks.The changes in the levels of serum nitric oxide(NO),Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide(VIP)and somatostatin(SS),Wexner Constipation symptom score and total colon transit time(TCTT)of patients were observed,and the clinical efficacy was compared between groups.Results After treatment,the serum levels of NO,VIP and SS,Wexner Constipation symptom score and TCTT of patients in both groups were obviously declined(all P<0.05),and the changes in observation group were lower or shorter than those in control group(all P<0.05).The total clinical efficiency in observation group was higher than that in control group(94.23%vs 80.77%,χ^2=4.31,P<0.05).Conclusion Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets(Live)combined with Mosapride Citrate Tablets has reliable curative effect on patients with FC,which can significantly reduce the serum levels of NO,VIP and SS,and improve the colonic transit activity.
