白音呼布金属矿采场跨度优选与围岩稳定性分析 被引量:5

摘要 白音呼布矿区井下开采已经进入深部,矿体多处于构造破碎带中,节理发育、地压作用显著,围岩等级差异较大,直接影响采场的稳定性。为了探究合理的采场跨度,确保井下矿产资源高效、安全开采,采用数值模拟方法对白音呼布矿区300 m中段采场进路跨度及围岩稳定性进行研究,分析了不同采场跨度对围岩位移场与应力场变化及塑性区扩展规律的影响。根据数值模拟计算结果,以采场进路监测点位移曲线、应力变化和塑性区是否贯通为依据,确定井下Ⅲ级围岩采场安全跨度。研究结果表明:Ⅲ级围岩采场进路跨度超过6 m后,顶板竖向位移和两帮水平位移显著增加,采场两进路塑性区完全贯通,确定Ⅲ级围岩采场进路的最优跨度为6 m。 The underground mining in Baiyinhubu mining area has entered the deep part,and the ore bodies are mostly in the structural fracture zone.The developed joints,significant ground pressure and surrounding rock with large grade difference,all directly affect the stability of the stope.In order to explore the reasonable stope span and ensure the efficient and safe mining of underground mineral resources,the numerical simulation method was used to study the approach span and surrounding rock stability of the 300 m middle section of Baiyinhubu mining area.The influence of different stope span on the expansion of plastic zone,the change of displacement field and stress field were analyzed.According to the results of numerical simulation,based on the displacement curve,stress change and whether the plastic zone was connected,the safe span of classⅢsurrounding rock was determined.The results indicated that the vertical displacement of the roof and the horizontal displacement of the two sides increased significantly when the access span of the third level surrounding rock stope exceeded 6 m,and the plastic zone of the two access roads in the stope was completely connected,and the optimal span of the third level surrounding rock stope was determined to be controlled at 6 m.
