基于灰数熵的突发事件语言信息权重配置研究——以危化品运输事故为例

摘要 针对突发事件报警者传递的突发事件语言信息的多元性和不确定性特点,提出一种基于广义区间灰数熵的突发事件语言信息权重配置方法。通过构建的突发事件语言信息指标体系,对突发事件的语言属性指标归类,将各属性指标中的不确定性信息用广义区间灰数表征,建立突发事件紧急通讯语言信息属性权重配置模型,并对语言信息属性的灰数熵权重进行求解,并以危险化学品运输事故为例。实例表明,该方法能够克服传统的多属性决策方法的局限性,保证了表征突发事件的语言信息熵权的准确度。 Aiming at the multiplicity and uncertainty characteristics of the incident language information transmitted by the emergency alarm,this paper proposes a method of weight information assignment for the incident language based on the generalized interval gray number entropy.By studying the linguistic information index system for emergencies,using all uncertainties under a certain condition can be transformed into the general standard interval gray number,all uncertainties can be represented by generalized interval gray numbers,and emergency communication language of emergency is constructed.he gray number entropy weight of the language information have been solved by information weight assignment model,and take the accident of hazardous chemicals as an example.The example shows that the method can overcome the limitations of the traditional multi-attribute decision-making method,the accuracy of the language information entropy weight can be sure.
