摘要
针对高炉炉顶下密封阀转轴密封漏风的问题,介绍了两种不同液压缸布置型式的下密封阀结构特点和工作原理,并针对不同结构形式下密封阀的受力情况进行了理论计算及有限元分析,经过分析可知液压缸外置式转轴受力更为合理,可以在下密封阀的设计中优先选用此结构形式。
In order to solve the air leak from the shaft of lower seal valve of the blast furnace roof. This paper introduces the feature and working principle of the lower seal valve which is under the two different arrangement types of hydraulic cylinders arrangement. And the stress analysis of the lower seal valve under different structural forms has been done by theoretical calculation and finite element analysis. Then the conclusion that the force deformation of the external type of the hydraulic cylinder is more reasonable than that of the internal type of the hydraulic cylinder has been gotten. This type of the lower seal valve can be used in later design.
