摘要
二十一世纪的第二个十年即将走完,中国提出的“一带一路”建设将会是未来全球化的主题,我国正处于全面小康社会即将建成的时期,进入社会主义建设新时代,国家产业升级在不断的攻坚克难。新时代对技工院校的学生德育工作提出了更高更深刻的要求。本文结合技工院校学生德育工作实际状况,分析技工院校学生思想心理需求现状,为技工院校班主任的工作展开做有益的探索。
China’s"one belt and one road"construction will be the theme of globalization in the second ten years of twentyfirst Century.China is in the stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way and will enter a new era of socialist construction.In the new era,higher and deeper requirements are put forward for the moral education of students in technical colleges.In this paper,combined with the actual situation of the moral education of the students in the technical colleges,the current situation of the ideological and psychological needs of the students in the technical colleges is analyzed,so as to make a useful exploration for the work of the head teachers in the technical colleges.
