摘要
培养应用型创新人才不仅是国家和社会对高等教育提出的要求,同时也是高等教育发展改革的必然趋势。应用型创新人才对建设创新型社会,促进经济发展有重要的价值。在现阶段的实践教学当中,创新人才培养存在很多问题,为了培养应用型创新人才,学校必须重视实践教学改革。本文从培养应用型创新人才的角度出发,对高校实践教学进行了分析研究,探讨了教学中存在的问题,深入分析了改革策略。
Training applied innovative talents is not only the requirement of the country and society for higher education,but also the inevitable trend of higher education development and reform.Applied innovative talents are of great value to the construction of an innovative society and the promotion of economic development.In the current practice teaching,there are many problems in the cultivation of innovative talents.In order to cultivate applied innovative talents,the school must pay attention to the reform of practice teaching.In this paper,from the perspective of training applied innovative talents,the practical teaching in colleges and universities is analyzed,the problems in teaching are discussed,and the reform strategies are analyzed in depth.
