摘要 利用高压釜对热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)进行发泡,考察了发泡温度、泄压速率、熔体流动性对泡孔结构、发泡倍率的影响。结果表明,TPU在发泡温度185和195℃下,均可得到泡孔结构;泡孔平均直径随着泄压速率的增大而减小;两种发泡温度下的泡孔密度随着泄压速率的增大,具有不同的趋势;最大发泡倍率出现在发泡温度195℃、泄压速率1. 72 MPa/s的条件下。 Thermoplastic polyurethane( TPU) was foamed in autoclave. The effects of foaming temperature,pressure release rate and melt fluidity on cell structure and foaming ratios were investigated. The results show that TPU can obtain the cell structure at 185 and195 ℃. The average diameter of the cell decreases with the increase of the pressure relief rate. The cell density at the two foaming temperatures has different trends with the increase of the pressure relief rate. The maximum foaming rate is 195 ℃ and the pressure relief rate is 1. 72 MPa/s.
