摘要
糖尿病足作为糖尿病的主要并发症之一,如果不及时预防和治疗,会发生糖尿病足溃疡甚至足截肢,给患者的生活造成沉重的负担。糖尿病足的预防与糖尿病高危足治疗过程中对足底压力的监控及足溃疡的预防治疗尤为重要。在此过程中所用鞋材与常规鞋材有所区别,主要用到的纺织材料有:抗菌织物、间隔织物和具有实时监控效果的压电织物等。具有实时监控效果且兼具透湿透气、能缓解压力、抗菌防臭的纺织材料是开发糖尿病高危足用鞋材的理想材料。3D打印可调节组织结构的纺织物材料,能够满足糖尿病足用鞋材的个性化定制要求,是未来发展的重要趋势之一。
Diabetic foot,as a sympotom of diabetes,can lead to foot ulcers and even amputation,if precautions can not be prevented and treated in time.All those things can increase the burden of living for patients.The prevention of dia⁃betic foot and the treatment of diabetic high-risk foot is particularly important in the monitoring of plantar pressure and the prevention and treatment of foot ulcers.During the treatment of diabetic foot,the choice of proper footwear and socks for patients with diabetes is quite different from healthy people.The common fabrics used in this field include antibacterial fabrics,spacer fabrics,online-monitoring piezoelectric fabrics,etc.The ideal footwear and sock textiles for high-risk dia⁃betic foot patients should exhibit good air and water vapor permeability,online monitoring,and anti-bacterial properties.Among them,3D printing of fabric-like materials with adjustable tissue structures can meet the requirements of personal⁃ized customization of footwear for diabetic feet,which is one of the important trends for future development.
