摘要
患者男,42岁,发现左前臂丘疹半年,逐渐增大。皮肤科情况:左前臂屈侧可见一类圆形的红色丘疹,直径约0.7 cm,皮损上可见数颗表面光滑,乳头状隆起的颗粒。皮损组织病理示:真皮可见境界清楚的分叶状细胞团块,肿瘤细胞为大小、形态一致的立方形细胞,核圆,无分裂象,肿瘤团块中央可见囊腔和导管结构。免疫组织化学:EMA(+),p53(散在+),PAS(部分+)。诊断:真皮导管瘤。
A 42-year-old male presented with an isolated red papule on his left forearm for six months.The lesion was increased gradually in size and manifested as a solitary red papules with about 0.7 cm in diameter and several smooth papillary granules on it.Skin biopsy demonstrated a well-circumscribed proliferation of compact cuboidal poroidcells.The tumor cells were uniform in size and morphology with rounded nuclei and without cytologic atypia.Cavities and ductal structures were seen within tumor masses.Immunochemistry test showed a positive carcinoembryonic antigen,diffused positive staining for p53 protein and partially positive in periodic acid-Schiff stain.The diagnosis of dermal duct tumor was made.
