摘要
临床能力评估是护理教育评价的重要组成部分。客观结构化临床考试(Objective Structured Clinical Examination,OSCE)是一种用于评估临床能力的考核方式,因其具有客观性、标准化的特点,当前较为流行。我院将该考核方式进行简化,根据实际情况应用到护理本科毕业生的毕业考核中,总结并探讨OSCE考核过程中的问题,更好地将其应用于护理教学实践中,促进护理教学质量的提高。
Clinical ability assessment is an important part of nursing education evaluation.Structured Clinical Examination(OSCE)is a popular objective and standardized assessment method for clinical competence evaluation in the world.The method was simplified and applied to the graduation examination of nursing students according to the actual situation in our college.The problems in the process of OSCE examination were summarized and discussed,to better apply it in the teaching practice of nursing and improve the quality of nursing teaching.
