摘要
目的探讨以案例为基础的教学法(CBL)结合客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)在内分泌科临床实习带教中的应用效果。方法选取2021年7月至2023年6月在菏泽市立医院内分泌科轮转实习的125名学生为研究对象,根据不同实习时间,2021年7月至2022年6月实习的61名学生为对照组,2022年7月至2023年6月实习的64名学生为试验组。对照组采用传统教学方法,试验组采用CBL结合OSCE教学模式。比较两组学生在内分泌科实习结束时的理论知识考核、临床技能考核、病例分析成绩以及对教学方法的满意度。结果试验组理论知识考试成绩、临床技能考核及病例分析成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组对教学方法的满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CBL结合OSCE教学模式有利于提高学生的学习效果,加强医学理论与临床实践的联系,提升学生的临床思维能力,在临床教学中值得借鉴和应用。
Objective To explore the effect of case-based learning(CBL)combined with objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)in clinical practice teaching in department of endocrinology.Methods A total of 125 students in the Department of Endocrinology of Heze Municipal Hospital from July 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to different internship periods,61 students from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the control group,and 64 students from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the experimental group.The control group adopted traditional teaching methods,and the experimental group adopted CBL combined with OSCE teaching mode.Theoretical knowledge assessment,clinical skills assessment,case analysis results and satisfaction with teaching methods at the end of the internship of the two groups of students were compared.Results The test scores of theoretical knowledge,clinical skills and case analysis of experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of teaching methods in experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL combined with OSCE teaching mode is beneficial to improve students'learning effect,strengthen the connection between medical theory and clinical practice,and enhance students'clinical thinking ability,which is worthy of reference and application in clinical teaching.
