无油涡旋空压机热力过程数值模拟及分析 被引量:8

摘要 近年来,随着无油压缩机运用需求的增加,高效可靠的无油涡旋压缩机研制逐步成为涡旋机械领域的研究热点。利用CFD软件PumpLinx对压缩机热力过程进行了瞬态数值模拟,获得了不同工况下压缩机工作腔内部流场、压力、温度的动态分布以及流量等性能参数。模拟结果表明:压缩机吸气腔内存在"吸气增压"效应,且由于吸气流道不对称以及动盘公转的影响,一对对称吸气腔的吸气终了压力、温度存在差异,这也将造成在后续压缩过程中,相应对称工作腔内压力、温度存在差异。 In recent years,with the increasing demand for oil-free compressors,the development of efficient and reliable oil-free scroll compressors has gradually became a research hotspot in the field of scroll machinery.The thermodynamic process of the compressor is simulated by the CFD software of PumpLinx.The transient distribution of flow field,pressure,temperature in the working chamber and flow rate of the compressor under different working conditions are obtained.Simulated results show that a pressure increase exists in the suction process.Due to the dissymmetry of suction flow paths and effects of the rotation of orbiting scroll,at the end of suction process,both pressures and temperatures in the two symmetrical suction chambers are different with each other.This results differences in pressure and temperature for the two symmetrical chambers during the following compression process.
