摘要
对动涡旋驱动轴承内嵌于涡旋齿中的大气量、低压比涡旋压缩机的动力特性进行研究,使用涡旋型线始端展角和终端展角几何参数,建立施加于动涡旋上的气体力、惯性力、摩擦力等计算公式,给出相应的力学分析模型,同时根据曲轴受力条件建立曲轴力学模型。通过算例分析表明,动涡旋驱动轴承内嵌式结构可有效地减小气体力和旋转惯性力对驱动轴承产生的倾覆力矩,提高机器运转的稳定性.
The dynamic characteristics of scroll compressor with driving bearing inserted into the orbiting scroll wrap for larger displacement volume and lower pressure ratio was studied and analyzed. The dynamic model of the orbiting scroll was given, and the starting angle and ending angle of midline of scroll wrap were used for calculating gas force, centrifugal force, frictional force, and so on. According to the condition of forces acting on the crankshaft, the mechanical model was established. The calculation results of dynamics showed that the overturning moment was reduced greatly for the driving bearing inserted into the orbiting scroll wrap, on which the gas force and centrifugal force acted. The operational stability of scroll compressor was increased.
