摘要
利用污泥的无机质和有机质特殊化学组成特点,将其作为高温黏结剂的主要原料,以陶瓷废料为骨料,制备高性能烧结透水砖。研究了粗细骨料掺比、高温黏结剂掺量、成型压力和烧成温度对透水砖抗压强度和透水系数的影响;得出兼具高抗压强度和高透水系数的透水砖的最佳配方和焙烧条件,即高温黏结剂中污泥的最佳掺量为84%,透水砖中高温黏结剂和骨料质量比为15%∶85%;所制备的烧结透水砖透水系数为3.5×10^-2 cm/s,抗压强度为57.7 MPa,满足国标JC/T 945-2005《透水砖》标准要求。
This work shows the production of sintered permeable bricks with high performance from ceramic waste as aggregate and high temperature adhesive produced from sludge due to special chemical composition of inorganic and organic matter.The influence of the ratio of coarse and fine aggregates,high temperature adhesive,molding pressure and sintering temperature on the compressive strength and permeability coefficient of permeable bricks are studied.The optimal formula and roasting conditions of sintered permeable bricks with high compressive strength and high permeability coefficient are proposed,that is,the optimal sludge content in high temperature adhesive is 84%,and the mass ratio of high temperature adhesive to aggregate in permeable bricks is 15%and 85%;the permeability coefficient and compressive strength of sintered permeable brick were 3.5×10^-2 cm/s and 57.7 MPa,respectively,which meets the requirements of national standard JC/T 945-2005.
