摘要
目的探究清单法在冠状造影转运中的应用效果及对管理质量的影响。方法我院于2019年1月实行清单法转运,回顾性分析并随机选择实行前(2018年7~12月)192例患者作为对照组,随机选择实行后(2019年1~7月)192例患者作为研究组。统计两组患者转运所需时间、不良反应发生率、转运物品未及时取回的例数以及患者满意度。结果转运期间,两组患者发生急救物品准备不全、管道脱落、氧气不足与转运物品未及时取回例数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者的转运所需时间即准备时间、交接时间、总时间与门球开放时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者的满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在接受冠状造影检查患者的转运过程中采用清单法,能够有效降低不良反应的发生率,提高患者的满意度。
Objective To investigate the application effect of checklist method in coronary angiography transport and its impact on management quality.Methods Our hospital implemented the checklist method for transport in January 2019.192 patients before implementation(July to December 2018)were retrospectively analyzed and randomly selected as control group.192 patients after implementation(January to July 2019)were randomly selected as study group.The time required for transport,the incidence of adverse reactions,the number of cases in which transported items were not retrieved in time,and patient satisfaction of patients in the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results During transport,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in number of cases of incomplete preparation of first aid items,pipe falling off,insufficient oxygen,and cases in which the transported items were not retrieved in time(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in time required for transport,namely preparation time,handover time,total time and gateball opening time(P<0.05).There were also statistically significant differences in patient satisfaction of satisfied patients between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of the checklist method during the transport of patients undergoing coronary angiography can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve patient satisfaction.
