充分水化治疗对造影剂肾病防治作用的探讨 被引量:17

摘要 目的探讨充分水化治疗对冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)患者造影剂肾病(contrast-induced nephropathy,CIN)的防治作用。方法选择163例接受PCI治疗的患者,随机分为充分水化治疗组与常规治疗组,检测所有患者PCI术前,术后第2、5d的血肌酐水平。结果充分水化治疗组CIN的发生率明显低于常规治疗组。结论大量静脉补液充分水化治疗安全、易行,可显著减少造影剂肾病的发生率。 Objective To study the prevention of strengthened rehydration therapy to patients with cardiovascular vessel disease from contrast induced nephropathy (CIN) after the interventional therapy. Methods Totally 163 patients were enrolled in this study. They were assigned into two groups: the treated group (n=83) and the control group (n=80). The treated group were received strengthened rehydration therapy through offering oral administration and intravenous fluid infusion (1 2ml/ kg.h). The levels of serum creatinine were measured before and 2. 3 days after percutaneous coronary intervention. Result The incidence of CIN in the treated group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusions The postoperative strengthened rehydration therapy can effectively prevent from contrast- induced nephropathy.
