摘要
目的探讨分析优质护理在老年住院患者静脉治疗护理技术操作中的应用价值。方法从2017年4月-2019年2月于本院收治的老年住院患者病例中,选取120例作为研究对象,其中优质护理前的60例患者作为对照组,另60例患者实施优质护理作为研究组。结合自制的问卷调查法,深入分析和对比患者在完成静脉治疗护理技术操作中的配合情况、满意度以及健康教育反馈效果。结果在健康知识掌握知晓率、主动配合完成静脉治疗率方面,研究组明显高于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);在两组患者对静脉治疗护理技术操作满意度对比方面,研究组的满意度明显高于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在静脉治疗护理技术操作中,借助优质护理方式的应用,可以将以人为本的护理理念充分体现出来,将老年住院患者的满意度提升上来,并保证良好的教育质量,进一步维护护患关系。
Objective To explore and analyze the application value of highquality nursing in the operation of intravenous therapy nursing technology for elderly inpatients. Methods From April 2017 to February 2019, 120 cases of elderly inpatients admitted to the hospital were selected as the research object. Among them, 60 patients before high-quality care were used as the control group, and the other 60 patients were given highquality care as the study group. Combined with the self-made questionnaire survey method, in-depth analysis and comparison of patients’ cooperation, satisfaction and health education feedback effect in the completion of intravenous treatment nursing technical operation. Results In terms of health knowledge grasping awareness rate and active cooperating completion of intravenous treatment rate, the research group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the satisfaction of intravenous treatment nursing technique operation between the two groups in terms of comparison, the satisfaction of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the operation of intravenous therapy nursing technology, the application of high-quality nursing methods can fully reflect the humanoriented nursing concept, increase the satisfaction of elderly inpatients, and ensure good education quality, and further maintain the relationship between nurses and patients.
