摘要
目的探讨早期康复治疗在ICU脑卒中患者康复中的临床价值。方法选择医院2015年7月-2019年7月收治的108例ICU脑卒中患者,按照随机数字表法分为普通组(n=54)和观察组(n=54),普通组行常规治疗,在此基础上观察组行早期康复治疗,比较两组患者的脑损伤恢复情况、肢体功能恢复情况、呼吸机使用时间及总住院时间。结果观察组患者的脑损伤、上肢功能及下肢功能评分较普通组明显更高,呼吸机使用时间及总住院时间较普通组明显更短,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在ICU脑卒中患者的康复过程中应用早期康复治疗,能有效促进患者脑损伤及肢体功能的恢复,对患者的呼吸机使用时间及总住院时间进行缩短,促进患者预后恢复的同时缓解了其经济压力。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of early rehabilitation therapy in the rehabilitation of ICU stroke patients. Methods 108 patients with ICU stroke admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to July 2019 were randomly divided into the general group(n =54) and the observation group(n =54).The general group was treated routinely. On the basis of this, the group was treated with early rehabilitation. The brain injury recovery, limb function recovery, ventilator use time and total hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of brain injury, upper limb function and lower limb function of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the normal group. The ventilator use time and total hospitalization time were significantly shorter than the normal group, and the difference was significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation therapy in the rehabilitation process of ICU stroke patients can effectively promote brain damage and recovery of limb function, shorten the patient’s ventilator use time and total hospitalization time, and promote the prognosis recovery of patients. Economic pressure, clinical promotion and use value is higher.
