摘要
目的探究康复护理训练对老年脑卒中患者疗效的影响。方法病例选取时间:2018年11月—2019年10月,共选取该科室86例老年脑卒中患者进行此次研究,选用电脑随机数字法,将研究对象分为2组,对比组43例,研究组43例,对比组进行一般临床护理,研究组在一般护理的同时进行康复护理训练,分析两组的日常生活能力与神经功能数据,各项评估均以临床康复护理训练1个月后的结果为准。结果数据结果显示:研究组的日常生活能力Mrs评分为(2.8±0.2)分,Barthel评分为(76.8±1.4)分,对比组Mrs评分为(3.4±0.2)分,Barthel评分为(62.5±1.6)分;观察组的神经功能NIHSS评分为(2.1±0.6)分,FMA评分为(30.6±0.4)分,对比组NIHSS评分为(4.3±0.5)分,FMA评分为(26.8±0.4)分,研究组日常生活能力与神经功能评分均高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年脑卒中患者中在进行一般护理的同时采用康复护理训练,可以良好的改善患者的生活能力,同时能够较好地改善患者的神经功能,临床整体效果较好,可在临床中推广运用。
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing training on the curative effect of elderly stroke patients.Methods Case selection time:October,in November 2018 to October 2019 undergraduate course room are selected 86 cases of elderly patients with cerebral apoplexy,this study selects the computer random number method,the object of study is divided into two groups,control group 43 cases,group 43 cases,control group general clinical nursing,the team in general nursing and rehabilitation training,analysis of two groups of ability of daily life and neural function data,the assessment in clinical rehabilitation nursing after 1 months of training results shall prevail.Results The data showed that Mrs Score of daily living ability in the study group was(2.8±0.2)points,Barthel score was(76.8±1.4)points,Mrs Score was(3.4±0.2)points and Barthel score was(62.5±1.6)points.The NIHSS score of neurological function in the observation group was(2.1±0.6)points,and the FMA score was(30.6±0.4)points,the NIHSS score in the control group was(4.3±0.5)points,and the FMA score was(26.8±0.4)points.The scores of daily living ability and neurological function in the study group were both higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In the elderly stroke patients in general nursing and rehabilitation nursing training,can improve the patient's ability to live at the same time can better improve the patient's neurological function,the overall clinical effect is good,can be promoted in clinical application.
