摘要
人才培养目标作为工程教育改革的重要一环,培养方案设计的合理性及其达成度是工程教育改革关注的首要任务和关键节点。然而,查阅文献库却鲜有分析人才培养目标合理性的文献,也没有形成较为成熟的方法和机制。基于此,以福建工程学院土木工程专业为例,应用模糊综合评价方法,分析了该专业培养目标的多个指标因素,并建立函数关系,形成人才培养目标的合理性与达成度评价机制。从实践操作程度和操作方法来看,该机构评价结果一目了然,并具有实践的可行性。
As an important part of engineering education reform,The rationality and achievement of the training program design is the primary task and the key point of the engineering education reform. However,there are few literatures to analyze the rationality of talent training objectives in the literature database,and no mature methods and mechanisms have been formed. Based on this,taking the civil engineering major of fujian university of engineering as an example,this paper analyzes the multiple index factors of the training objective of this major by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and establishes the functional relationship,so as to form the rationality and achievement evaluation mechanism of the talent training objective. From the practical operation degree and operation method,the evaluation result of this institution is clear at a glance,and has the practical feasibility.
