摘要
目的观察并分析对妊娠糖尿病(GDM)患者实施针对性护理的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的96例GDM患者为研究对象,将其随机分成两组,每组48例。其中,接受常规护理的为对照组,应用针对性护理的为观察组,对比并评价两组患者的护理效果。结果①血糖水平改善方面,观察组患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPBG)、血浆糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)等血糖水平的下降幅度明显大于对照组,数据差异明显,P<0.05。②妊娠结局方面,观察组患者自然分娩率为62.50%,显著高于对照组的39.58%;妊高征、羊水过多、胎膜早破等不良妊娠结局发生率(8.33%)明显低于对照组(27.08%),数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③新生儿不良反应方面,观察组的巨大儿、低体质量儿、宫内窘迫等不良反应发生率为6.25%,明显低于对照组的18.75%(P<0.05)。结论对于GDM患者,通过实施针对性护理干预,可将血糖水平控制在合理范围内,有效减少剖宫产率及妊娠并发症的发生,值得重视。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of targeted nursing for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods 96 patients with GDM admitted in our hospital were selected as research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 48 cases in each group.Among them,those receiving routine nursing were the control group and those receiving targeted nursing were the observation group.The nursing effect of the two groups of patients was compared and evaluated.Results(1)In terms of improvement of blood glucose level,the decrease range of fasting blood glucose(FPG),postprandial 2 h blood glucose(2hPBG),plasma glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and other blood glucose levels in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group,with significant data differences(P<0.05).(2)In terms of pregnancy outcome,the natural delivery rate in the observation group was 62.50%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(39.58%).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes(8.33%),including preeclampsia,amniotic fluid hypertrophy and premature rupture of membranes,was significantly lower than that of the control group(27.08%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)In terms of neonatal adverse reactions,the incidence of macrosomia,low-weight infants and intrauterine distress in the observation group was 6.25%,which was significantly lower than the 18.75%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For GDM patients,targeted nursing intervention can control the blood glucose level within a reasonable range,effectively reduce the rate of cesarean section and the occurrence of pregnancy complications,which is worthy of attention.
