摘要
目的分析复方甘草酸苷联合依匹斯汀治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法选取2017年2月至2018年10月120例医院收治的慢性湿疹患者,采取随机抽样的方式将入选120例患者分为观察组(60例)与对照组(60例)。对照组采取单药复方甘草酸苷片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加入依匹斯汀治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、症状消失时间与不良反应发生率等方面的差异。结果观察组临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者瘙痒消失时间和皮损消失时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间均无明显不良反应发生。结论复方甘草酸苷联合依匹斯汀在慢性湿疹临床治疗中具有较高的疗效与安全性,能够有效缓解患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of compound glycyrrhizin combined with epirastine in the treatment of chronic eczema.Methods 120 patients with chronic eczema admitted to the hospital from February 2017 to October 2018 were selected.The 120 patients were randomly selected and divided into observation group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases).The control group was treated with single drug compound glycyrrhizin tablets,and the observation group was treated with epsteine on the basis of the control group.The differences in clinical efficacy,symptom duration and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were observed.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of pruritus and skin lesions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions occurred during the treatment in both groups.Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin combined with epirastine has high efficacy and safety in the clinical treatment of chronic eczema,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
