摘要
目的:探讨女性不孕症患者心理弹性在生育压力和心理困扰之间的中介作用。方法:采用便利抽样法,应用一般资料调查表、凯斯勒心理困扰量表(K10)、生育压力量表(FPI)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC),对生殖门诊就诊的827例女性不孕症患者进行调查。结果:女性不孕症患者心理困扰发生率为80.9%;生育压力与心理困扰呈正相关(P<0.01),生育压力与心理弹性呈负相关(P<0.05),心理弹性与心理困扰呈负相关(P<0.01),且心理弹性部分中介了生育压力和心理困扰的关系;运用Bootstrap检验方法显示,间接效应的95%CI为0.056~0.125(P<0.01)。结论:生育压力和心理弹性是影响女性不孕症患者心理困扰的重要因素,心理弹性在生育压力与心理困扰间起部分中介作用,因此,在不孕症患者心理干预中实施弹性训练,其作为一种低成本的干预措施值得在后期研究中进一步探讨。
Objective:To explore the mediating effect of psychological resilience in female infertility patients between reproductive stress and psychological distress.Methods:A total of 827 female infertility patients in reproductive clinic were selected by convenience sampling,and investigated in terms of general information questionnaire,Kessler psychological distress scale(K10),fertility problem inventory(FPI)and Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC).Results:The incidence of psychological distress in female infertility patients was 80.9%.There was a positive correlation between fertility pressure and psychological distress(P<0.01),a negative correlation between fertility pressure and psychological distress(P<0.05),and a negative correlation between psychological distress and psychological distress(P<0.01).The Bootstrap test showed that 95%CI of the indirect effect was 0.056~0.125(P<0.01).Conclusion:Reproductive pressure and psychological resilience were the important factors that affected the psychological distress on female infertility patients,and psychological resilience played a partial intermediary role between reproductive stress and psychological distress.As a result,resilience training in psychological intervention for the infertility patients as a low-cost interventions is worthy of further discussion in the later research.
