摘要
目的基于关联规则探究心脏神经官能症的用药规律及治疗方法。方法病例来源于2018年1月-2018年10月北京中医药大学第三附属医院心血管内科门诊。纳入符合心脏神经官能症诊断标准的初诊患者120例,建立数据库,分别使用IBM SPSS Statistics 23. 0及IBM SPSS Modeler 18软件对数据库进行频数分析和关联规则分析,并采用关联规则中的网络图法和Apriori算法建立药物关系模型图,分析其内在规律。结果通过对120例患者的中药处方进行分析,总结出治疗心脏神经官能症出现频数较高的9味药:北柴胡、酸枣仁、白芍、党参、茯神、天麻、山茱萸、首乌藤、夏枯草;同时挖掘出9个核心药物组合。结论心脏神经官能症的病位虽在心,但其病因与肝关系密切相关,治疗上从肝入手可取得显著效果。
Objective Based on association rules to explore the medicine compatibility lawand therapeutic method of cardiac neurosis. Methods All the cases were originated from the outpatient service of Cardiovascular Medicine Department in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from January to October 2018. One hundred and twenty newly diagnosed patients with cardiac neurosis were enrolled and a database was established. IBM SPSS Statistics 23. 0 and IBM SPSS Modeler 18 software were used to analyze the frequency and association rules in the database. Then the drug relational model was established by using the network graph method and Apriori algorithm in the association rules,and the inherent law was analyzed. Results Through the analysis of 120 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine,the herbs used with higher frequency were Beichaihu( Bupleurum chinense DC.),Suanzaoren( semen zizyphi spinosae),Baishao( raduces paeoinae alba),Dangsheng( codonopsis pilosula),Fushen( poria with hostwood),Tianma( rhizoma gastrodiae),Shanzhuyu( semen corni),Shouwuteng( caulis polygoni multiflori),Xiakucao( prunella spike). Moreover,9 core combinations in the treatment of cardiac neurosis were summarized.Conclusion Although the disease location of cardiac neurosis is heart,the pathogenesis has a close relationship with liver. The treatment from liver can get remarkable result.
