摘要
提出中医理论建构史的概念,并由《难经.二十二难》"气主呴之"被误引为"气主煦之"这一案例入手,从医学思想史的视角梳理有关文献,指出误引现象与建构气主温煦理论的需要有关,而气主温煦理论的提出与中西医汇通、中西医结合的背景有关。当代中医理论建构面临着遵从古义与融会新知难以两全的困难,引用古语、变更古义的做法无助于问题的解决,应该还原其本来面目、先理清自身体系、立足于原始创新以推动中医理论的发展。
The concept of construction history of TCM theory is proposed. The relative literature has been tidied in the perspective of medical though history taking an example of qi being in charge of exhaling misquoted as qi being in charge of warming in Nanjing： The Twenty-Second Nan. The authors indicated that the misquotation is related to the requirement of theoretical construction of qi being in charge of warming, which, however, has connection with the background of integrating Chinese and Western medicine. The construction of modern TCM theory is facing a dilemma whether to defer to ancient meaning or absorb new knowledge. Citing ancient words and changing their meaning cannot offer solutions. The paper, finally, put forward the ideas of restoring to the original, clarifying TCM system and making original innovation for promoting the development of TCM theory.
