摘要
尿道下裂是一种较为常见小儿泌尿系疾病,可引起患儿排尿功能异常和阴茎发育不良。目前手术治疗仍是唯一根治的方法,但尿道下裂术后并发症较多,主要包括尿道狭窄和尿瘘等。尿流率是一种无创的、简便的实验室评估指标,对尿道下裂手术前后的尿道状态可以起到评估作用,但是尿流率检查在尿道下裂手术前后的应用仍存在争议。现就近年来关于尿道下裂及其手术治疗前后的尿流率的应用和评估作用做一综述,主要分析尿流率检查在尿道下裂不同状态下的应用和评估作用,为尿道下裂的治疗提供新的客观的观察及评估指标。
As a common urological disease,hypospadias causes abnormal urinary function and penile dysplasia.Currently surgery has remained a sole curative treatment.However,there are common complications of urethral stricture and urinary fistula.As a non-invasive and simple laboratory tool on index,uroflowmetry play an important and yet controversial role in perioperative evaluation of hypospadias.Here recent advances are reviewed for uroflowmetry studies of hypospadias and perioperative treatments.
