摘要
针对某厂1号机组在大修后出现高调门摆动大,伴有一次调频不合格、AGC响应迟缓等问题,对该厂阀门管理环节进行试验,因GV2、GV3、GV6阀门摆动较大,故利用最小二乘法对GV2、GV3、GV6的阀门流量特性曲线进行修正,并根据作图法,对GV2、GV3、GV6之间的重叠度进行计算。结果表明,修正好的流量特性曲线输入到DEH中,阀门运行良好,一次调频能力得到提高,修正好的重叠度可更好的适应机组调峰,加快AGC响应,减少负荷摆动。
After the overhaul of the No.1 unit of a factory,there was a large swing of the high-profile door,accompanied by problems such as unqualified FM,slow response of the AGC,and the problem became more and more serious with the passage of time.The valve management of the plant was tested.The valve flow characteristics of GV2,GV3 and GV6 were corrected by the least squares method.The overlap between GV2,GV3 and GV6 was recalculated according to the mapping method.The results show that the corrected flow characteristic curve is input into DEH,the valve runs well.The primary frequency modulation capability has been improved;the corrected overlap can better adapt to the unit.Peak shaving accelerates AGC response and reduces load swing.
