摘要
为探究壳聚糖拌种和叶面喷施对玉米光合特性及产量的影响、明确壳聚糖拌种和叶面喷施的适宜剂量,以玉米德美亚1号为材料,采用田间随机区组试验方法,设置壳聚糖拌种剂量0(CK)、25(B-CTS1)、50(BCTS2)、100(B-CTS3)mg/kg和在6展叶期叶面喷施剂量0(CK)、25(Y-CTS1)、50(Y-CTS2)、100(Y-CTS3)mg/L。结果表明:与CK相比,壳聚糖拌种和叶面喷施处理能增加玉米叶面积,提高玉米叶片SPAD值、净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)和胞间CO2浓度(Ci),增加干物质积累量;壳聚糖拌种和叶面喷施处理产量较CK分别增加8.2%、14.1%、12.4%和8.0%、12.3%、10.1%。综上所述,壳聚糖拌种剂量在50mg/kg时、叶面喷施剂量在50mg/L时,增产效果较好。
In order to explore the effects of chitosan seed dressing and foliar spraying on corn photosynthetic characteristics,dry matter accumulation and yield,the appropriate dosage of chitosan seed dressing and leaf spraying was clarified.Using corn Demeiya No.1 as the material,the field random block test method was used to set the chitosan seed dressing dose 0(CK),25(B-CTS1),50(B-CTS2),100(B-CTS3)mg/kg and foliar spray doses 0(CK),25(YCTS1),50(Y-CTS2),100(Y-CTS3)mg/L at 6 leaf spreading stage,the photosynthesis of chitosan on corn was studied Influence of characteristics,dry matter accumulation and yield.The results show that:compared with CK,chitosan seed dressing and leaf spraying treatment can increase corn leaf area,increase corn leaf SPAD value,net photosynthetic rate(P_n),transpiration rate(T_r),stomatal conductance intercellular CO2 concentration,Increase dry matter accumulation;chitosan seed dressing and leaf spray treatment yields increased by 8.2%,14.1%,12.4%and 8.0%,12.3%,10.1%compared with CK,respectively.In summary,when the chitosan seed dressing dose is 50 mg/kg and the leaf spray dose is 50 mg/L,corn yield can be significantly increased.
