摘要
【目的】探究氨基酸喷施与种衣剂对玉米幼苗生长及抗冷性的影响。【方法】以精甲·咯菌腈种衣剂进行种子包衣,将玉米幼苗培养至三叶一心后转入人工气候箱进行培养。在常温与低温环境下分别设置对照、氨基酸处理、氨基酸与种衣剂协同处理。【结果】氨基酸喷施(A)、氨基酸喷施+种衣剂协同处理(CDA)有效缓解了低温(COLD)对玉米幼苗苗高、茎粗的抑制,显著促进了幼苗生长,提高了幼苗SPAD值、光合能力、过氧化物酶活性和可溶性糖含量,有效减轻了低温对细胞损伤。其中以氨基酸喷施+种衣剂协同处理效果更好。【结论】种衣剂处理及叶面喷施氨基酸能够有效缓解低温胁迫,提高玉米幼苗的抗冷性。
[Objection]In order to investigate the effect of amino acid spraying and seed coating on the growth and development of maize seedlings and their cold tolerance,[Methods]the maize seeds were coated with Metalaxyl-M·Fludioxonil FSC,and seedlings were cultured to 3 fully expanded leaves and then transplanted to an artificial climate chamber for cultivation.Three treatments were set up at normal and low temperature,respectively:control,amino acid treatment,and amino acid and seed coat synergistic treatment.[Results]The results showed that the treatments of amino acid spraying and amino acid spraying+seed coat synergistic application effectively alleviated the inhibition of low temperature on the height and stalk thickness of maize seedlings and significantly promoted the growth of seedlings.They also significantly increased SPAD values,photosynthetic capacity,peroxidase activity and soluble sugar content of maize seedlings,effectively reducing the damage to cells by low temperature.Among these,the synergistic application of amino acid spraying+seed coat showed superior effectiveness.[Conclusion]Seed coating and foliar spraying of amino acids can effectively alleviate low temperature stress and improve cold tolerance in maize seedlings.
