摘要
目的了解大学生对器官捐献的认知与意愿,为器官捐献知识宣教提供理论依据。方法自制调查问卷,采用分层整群抽样的方法对安徽医科大学与安徽大学共587名大学生进行问卷调查。结果587名大学生器官捐献知晓率为95.2%,约85.3%的大学生愿意了解并死后器官捐献;30.7%的大学生认为阻碍捐献的首要原因是担心引起家人的不满;73.1%的大学生获取器官捐献知识的途径是网络;67.3%的大学生支持中小学每学期开设一节宣传器官捐献的人文课程。结论合肥市大学生对于器官捐献的意愿高于其它地区,医学生的意愿更强,绝大多数大学生对器官捐献概念有所了解,但对器官捐献知识的了解程度较低;获取器官捐献知识的途径局限,建议增加主题讲座数量,学校多开设关于器官捐献的人文课程等。
Objective To understand the cognition and willingness of college students on organ donation,and provide theoretical basis for organ donation knowledge and education.Methods A self-made questionnaire was used,and a total of 587 college students from Anhui Medical University and Anhui University were surveyed by stratified cluster sampling.Results The awareness rate of organ donation of 587 college students was 95.2%,and about 85.3%of college students were willing to know about and donate organ donation after death.30.7%of college students believed that the main reason for hindering donation was fear of causing family dissatisfaction;73.1%of college students obtained knowledge of organ donation through the Internet;67.3%of college students support primary and secondary schools to open a humanities course to promote organ donation every semester.Conclusion Hefei university students’willingness to organ donation is higher than other regions,and medical students are more willing.Most college students have an understanding of the concept of organ donation,but have a low level of knowledge about organ donation limitations,it is recommended to increase the number of themed lectures,and schools to provide more humanities courses on organ donation.
