摘要
目的针对2018年医院门诊就诊情况,分析门诊就诊量影响因子,探讨利用大数据分析、互联网等信息技术手段提高门诊业务工作效率及提高患者满意度的方法。方法从医院信息系统导出2018年门诊挂号收费相关业务信息数据,数据清理后运用描述性分析、卡方检验、单因素分析、多元Logistic回归统计学方法进行分析。结果根据单因素分析结果,影响门诊业务量各旬期就诊量的主要因素有患者性别、患者类型、季节,中下旬门诊就诊量高于上旬门诊就诊量;多因素分析表明女性患者在中下旬就诊高于男性,40~59岁患者中旬就诊高于60岁以上患者,夏季中旬就诊患者高于上旬就诊患者。结论为改善患者就医体验与满意度、提高就诊、收费等环节工作效率,需要通过软硬件优化改善自助机功能,增加线上支付、问诊方式,运用网络、大数据分析等技术创建互联网医院,实现信息系统间互联互通,进一步为优化门诊工作流程。
Objective Based on the outpatient visits of hospitals in 2018,analyze the influencing factors of outpatient visits,and explore ways to improve the efficiency of outpatient services and improve patient satisfaction using information technology such as big data analysis and the Internet.Methods The information data of outpatient registration charges in 2018 was derived from the hospital information system.After the data was cleaned,descriptive analysis,chi-square test,single factor analysis,and multiple logistic regression statistical methods were used for analysis.Results According to the results of univariate analysis,the main factors affecting the outpatient visit volume at each ten-year period were patient gender,patient type,and season.The number of outpatient visits in the middle to late period was higher than that in the first half.Multivariate analysis showed that female patients were in the second to middle period.Visits were higher than men.Patients aged 40-59 years were more likely to see patients in the mid-summer than those over 60 years of age,and those in mid-summer were higher than those in the first half.Conclusion In order to improve the patient's medical experience and satisfaction,improve the efficiency of medical consultation and charging,it is necessary to improve the self-service machine function through software and hardware optimization,increase online payment and consultation methods,and use Internet and big data analysis to create Internet hospitals,to achieve the interconnection of information systems,to further optimize the outpatient work process.
