摘要
目的分析强化免疫检验质量管理对临床免疫检验准确性的影响。方法随机抽取在该院进行临床免疫检验的患者260例作为观察样本,其中2017年6月—2018年6月期间未实施强化免疫检验质量管理时收治的120例作为对照组,2018年7月—2019年7月期间实施强化免疫检验质量管理后收治的140例作为研究组。对比两组患者临床免疫检验的准确性。结果研究组患者实施强化免疫检验质量管理后的检验准确率98.57%(138/140)明显高于对照组的84.17%(101/120),且不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施强化免疫检验质量管理有助于临床免疫检验的准确率的提高,进而提高疾病诊断的效率,效果确切。
Objective To analyze the impact of strengthening the quality management of immunoassay on the accuracy of clinical immunoassay.Methods Randomly selected 260 patients undergoing clinical immunoassay in the hospital as observation samples,of which 120 cases treated without intensive immunoassay quality management during June 2017~June 2018 were used as control group,July 2018~July 2019,140 patients who were treated after the implementation of intensive immune test quality management were used as the study group.Compare the accuracy of clinical immunoassay between the two groups of patients.Results The accuracy rate of 98.57%(138/140)in the study group patients after the implementation of the quality management of intensive immunoassay was significantly higher than the 84.17%(101/120)in the control group,and the incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than that in the control group.All were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of intensive immunoassay quality management can help improve the accuracy of clinical immunoassay,and then improve the efficiency of disease diagnosis.The effect is definite.
