摘要
目的研究临床免疫检验质量控制方法与效果。方法选取2015年1月-12月我院开展免疫检验的患者76例,按入院日期的单双号进行分组。38例为常规检验,设对照组;38例接受免疫检验质量控制,设观察组,组间对比VIS。结果观察组VIS更低,结果质量高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论临床免疫检验质量控制有显著作用。
Objective Quality control method and its effect on clinical immune test are to be investigated. Methods From January 2015 to December 2015, there were 76 cases of immune test conducted in ours hospital and they were divided into groups according to hospitalization date numbers（odd number and even number）, 38 cases in control group were given conventional test, while, another 38 cases in study group were given immune test of quality control, and then compare VIS values between two groups. Results VIS value in study group was lower than control group, and test quality was better than control group, was difference had statistically significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Quality control on clinical immune test is quite effective.
