摘要
目的运用德尔菲法构建适用于医疗护理员的规范化培训课程体系,为医疗护理员的规范化培训与发展提供科学的参考依据。方法采用文献分析、小组讨论及德尔菲法,对20名医疗护理员领域的专家进行了2轮函询,通过分析各级指标的权重、均值、变异系数以及肯德尔协调系数筛选指标。结果 2轮专家函询后,确立的医疗护理员规范化培训课程体系包括5个一级指标、19个二级指标和77个三级指标,问卷的有效回收率均为100%,专家的权威系数分别为0.835、0.845。结论医疗护理员规范化培训课程体系设置全面科学,专家的权威程度及积极性较高,各级指标专家意见趋于统一,可为医疗护理员规范化培训课程的制定提供参考。
Objective To construct a standardized training course system suitable for medical caregivers by using Delphi method, and provide scientific reference for the standardized training and development of medical caregivers. Methods Using literature analysis, group discussion and Delphi method, 2 rounds of consultations were conducted among 20 medical caregiver specialists. The indicators were screened by analyzing the weights, averages, coefficients of variation and Kendall coordination coefficients of the indicators at all levels. Results After two rounds of consultations by experts, the standardized training course system for medical care workers includes 5 first-level indicators, 19 second-level indicators, and 77 third-level indicators. The effective recovery rate of the questionnaires was 100%. The coefficients were 0.835 and 0.845, respectively.Conclusion The standardized training curriculum system for medical caregivers is comprehensive and scientific. The authority and enthusiasm of experts are high. The opinions of experts at all levels tend to be unified, which can provide a reference for the development of standardized training courses for medical caregivers.
