摘要
目的分析膝关节半月板损伤采用关节镜下半月板成形术治疗的临床疗效。方法选取该院2018年8月—2019年8月收治的132例膝关节半月板损伤患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组行保守治疗,观察组采用关节镜下半月板成形术治疗,对比两组治疗效果、治疗前后IKDC(膝关节主观功能)评分与膝关节Lysholm评分。结果观察组治疗优良率为95.45%,明显高于对照组的56.06%(χ2=27.885,P<0.05);观察组治疗后1个月的IKDC评分、膝关节Lysholm评分分别为(85.12±5.69)分、(89.99±4.88)分,均高于对照组(t=13.725、22.326,P<0.05)。结论膝关节半月板损伤采用关节镜下半月板成形术治疗的临床疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of arthroscopy in the treatment of meniscal injury of the knee.Methods 132 cases of meniscal injury from the knee joint in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:the control group was treated with conservative treatment,and the observation group was treated with arthroscope under arthroscope.The results of the two groups were compared in the two groups.The scores of IKDC(subjective function of knee joint)and the Lysholm score of the knee joint were compared with those of the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 95.45%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 56.06%(χ2=27.885,P<0.05).The IIKDC score and the Lysholm score of the knee joint were(85.12±5.69)points and(89.99±4.88)points,which were higher than those in the control group(t=13.725,22.326,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of arthroscopy under arthroscope for meniscal injury of knee joint is significant,and it is worth to be extended.
