摘要
目的探讨不同剂量他汀类药物在糖尿病合并动脉粥样硬化性疾病防治中的应用效果价值。方法抽选来自2018年3-12月该院收治的糖尿病合并动脉粥样硬化性疾病患者(88例),按照双色球盲选法将其分为对照组和观察组(44例),两组患者均运用阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀药物进行治疗,但对照组所用的阿托伐他汀药物的剂量为20 mg/d,观察组所用的阿托伐他汀药物剂量为40 mg/d,细致分析不同药物剂量对于患者的影响。结果在实施治疗后,相比于对照组,观察组的血压明显下降,两组之间区别显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施治疗后,相比于对照组,观察组的血脂情况明显更优,两组之间区别明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者实施治疗前,血糖控制情况基本一致差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者实施治疗后,相比于对照组,观察组的血糖控制情况更优,两组之间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论他汀类药物对于糖尿病合并动脉粥样硬化性疾病有着极佳的降血压的效果,大剂量的阿托伐他汀药物效果更优。
Objective To explore the effect of different doses of statins in the prevention and treatment of diabetes and atherosclerotic diseases.Methods A total of 88 patients with diabetes and atherosclerotic diseases admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to December 2018 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group(44 cases)according to the double-color blind selection method.Both groups of patients were treated with aspirin combined with atorvastatin,but the dose of atorvastatin used in the control group was 20 mg/d,and the dose of atorvastatin used in the observation group was 40 mg/d.The detailed analysis was different Effect of drug dosage on patients.Results After the treatment,compared with the control group,the blood pressure in the observation group decreased significantly,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,compared with the control group,the blood lipid condition in the observation group was significantly better.The differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the blood glucose control was basically the same before the two groups of patients were treated,the different was no statistically significant(P>0.05);after the two groups were treated,the observation group had better blood glucose control than the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Statins have an excellent effect on lowering blood pressure in diabetic patients with atherosclerotic diseases,and high-dose atorvastatin is more effective.
