摘要
目的观察延续性护理干预对心脏永久起搏器植入患者生活质量的影响。方法方便选取该院心脏永久起搏器植入患者64例(2018年6月-2019年6月),随机分为延续性护理的观察组(32例)与常规护理的对照组(32例),观察患者自我护理能力、遵医行为、生活质量。结果出院6个月,观察组社会功能(86.77±2.35)分,躯体功能(86.43±2.41)分,心理功能(88.25±2.91)分,物质生活(88.25±2.43)分,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(t=12.501、11.320、12.810、11.792,P<0.05),出院6个月,观察组健康知识水平(86.77±2.35)分,自护责任感(33.92±2.85)分,自我概念(34.95±3.51)分,自我护理技能(34.46±3.29)分,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(t=12.501、18.499、4.021、4.499,P<0.05),观察组饮食90.63%,服药93.75%,自测脉搏90.63%,复诊93.75%,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.730、5.379、5.851、4.267,P<0.05)。结论给予心脏永久起搏器植入患者延续性护理,能有效提高患者生活质量,遵医行为好,自我护理能力强,效果较好,值得借鉴。
Objective To observe the effect of continuous nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation. Methods Convenient select Sixty-four patients with permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation in the hospital(June 2018 to June 2019) were randomly divided into observation group(32 cases)with continuous care and control group(32 cases) with routine care. Observe the patient’s self-care ability, compliance behavior, and quality of life. Results Discharged in June, the observation group had social function(86.77 ±2.35) points,physical function(86.77±2.35) points, psychological function(88.25±2.91) points, and material life(88.25±2.43) points,compared with the control group,, the difference was statistically significant(t =12.501,11.320,12.810,11.792,P <0.05),discharged in June, health knowledge level of observation group(86.77 ±2.35) points, sense of responsibility for self-care(33.92±2.85) points, self-concept(34.95±3.51) points, self-care skills(34.46±3.29) points, compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.501,18.499,4.021,4.499,P<0.05), diet group 90.63%, medication 93.75%,self-test pulse 90.63%, follow-up 93.75%, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ~2=4.730,5.379,5.851,4.267,P <0.05) Conclusion Continuous cardiac care for patients with permanent cardiac implants can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, with good medical behavior, strong self-care ability, and good results,which is worth learning.
