摘要
目的了解深圳市卫生人力资源的现状,并与北京、上海的一线城市做出比较,从而为深圳市“人才梯队”的建设提供数据基础。方法通过描述性研究法对卫生人员的数量、结构、分布进行描述,运用比较分析法对深圳、北京、上海三地进行比较。结果卫生人员总量不足且结构比例失衡,不同区之间分布不合理。结论创新制度机制,加强卫生人才引进;加强护理队伍建设,改善医护比例;出台专门倾斜政策,均衡区域人才分布。
Objective To understand the current situation of health human resources in Shenzhen and compare it with first-tier cities in Beijing and Shanghai,so as to provide a data basis for the construction of the“talent team”in Shenzhen.Methods Descriptive research method was used to describe the number,structure and distribution of health workers,and comparative analysis was used to compare Shenzhen,Beijing and Shanghai.Results The total number of health workers is insufficient and the structural proportion is unbalanced,and the distribution between different areas is not reasonable.Conclusion Innovate institutional mechanisms and strengthen the introduction of health talents;strengthen the construction of nursing teams and improve the proportion of medical care;introduce a special tilting policy to balance regional talent distribution.
